About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join our team in a luxury nursing home in Gosforth-Newcastle. As a key member of our management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of care and residential services are provided to our residents.


Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £23 per hour, paid bi-weekly. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a range of benefits including 28 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, full-funded training and development, DBS and NMC PIN paid, and continuous professional and personal development.


Key Responsibilities

As a Deputy Nursing Home Manager, your duties will include:



  • Providing leadership and guidance to our nursing and residential care teams
  • Ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and services to our residents
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or incidents to senior management
  • Participating in on-call rotations and responding to emergencies as needed
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new initiatives and policies

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must have:



  • A minimum Level 4 NVQ in Health and Social Care
  • Experience working within the healthcare sector, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
  • An active NMC registration with a valid PIN
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work
