Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company as a Technical Sales Representative. As a key member of the sales team, you will play a vital role in representing the company, driving sales, and building relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site surveys to evaluate project feasibility, cost, and maintenance requirements.
  • Promote and sell security solutions to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish and maintain business-to-business customer relationships.
  • Attend and present company solutions at trade shows.
  • Install, commission, service, and maintain security systems.
  • Test new and updated products on the company's internal test site and provide feedback to the research and development team.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience as an electrician or similar role.
  • Willingness to travel to meet prospects and customers within the UK and occasionally abroad.
  • Comfortable with Ethernet networks.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and schematics.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Driving license (Category B) and willingness to travel.
