Eden Scott is seeking an experienced Compliance and Training Manager to join their management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with relevant legislation and regulations, as well as developing and implementing training programs for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Compliance: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
- Training and Competency: Design and deliver training programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have the necessary training and support to succeed in their roles.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to senior management on compliance and training matters, as well as communicate with employees on relevant training and competency issues.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) minimum.
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Skills: Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to design and deliver training programs.
