Operations Coordinator

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Operations Coordinator to join our client's team in Co. Down. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive individual to take on a key role in maintaining and improving plant efficiency.

Job Summary: As Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all equipment, processes, and controls within the plant. You will work closely with production colleagues to minimize downtime through preventative action and prioritization of breakdowns.

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintenance and Plant Efficiency: Monitor and maintain equipment, processes, and controls to ensure optimal plant performance.
• Team Support: Collaborate with production colleagues to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance overall efficiency.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical support and advice to resolve issues and share best practices to reduce recurrence.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of plant operations and maintenance procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Salary: The salary range for this position is £45,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
