Voiding and Maintenance Operative

To carry out various property maintenance tasks for Town & Country Housing Group to bring homes up to lettable standard.
Main Responsibilities:
• Work safely and in accordance with the Health and Safety at Work Act, ensuring others' safety and reporting any concerns to a Manager or Chargehand.
• Complete works accurately recording SOR codes on orders and ensuring job completion notes and photographic evidence are accurately documented for audit purposes.
• Ensure any additions or omissions to specifications are accurately recorded, and work is completed to the highest standard of quality.
• Keep the company vehicle clean, tidy, and in good working order, reporting any breakdowns or incidents to the Line Manager.
• Be mindful of company resources and tools, ensuring their safe storage and maintenance.
