**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Recreation Assistant to join our team at Lords Meadow Leisure Centre, part of Mid Devon District Council. As a Recreation Assistant, you will play a key role in providing a safe and enjoyable experience for all customers using our facilities.

**Key Responsibilities**

• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a high-quality experience for all customers
• Ensure all facilities are presented and managed to the highest standard at all times
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and protocols
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve excellent customer satisfaction

**Requirements**

• Experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to adapt and work within a team to provide an excellent customer experience
• Willingness to undertake essential job-related training and a desire to progress in the leisure sector
• National Pool Lifeguard Qualification is required, First Aid at Work is advantageous but not essential
