Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a skilled and organized Part Time Administrator to join our team at Personnel Solutions (Midlands) Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our business on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner

* Perform a range of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office, including data entry, record keeping, and filing

* Handle phone calls and correspondence with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

* Utilize computerized systems for data entry and record keeping, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records

* Organize and maintain physical and digital files efficiently, and assist with typing, proofreading, and editing documents

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an administrative role, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Proficiency in data entry and using office software, with excellent communication skills and phone etiquette

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results

* Sage experience is an advantage, but not essential

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 12pm to 5pm. If you have the skills and experience we are looking for, please apply.
