We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Youth Fitness Coach to join our team at The Little Gym. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for creating a fun and engaging learning environment for children. The ideal candidate will have experience in teaching gymnastics or other physical activities to children, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A strong understanding of child development and the ability to adapt to different learning styles is also essential.

As a full-time employee, you can expect a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
