Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Quality Control Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Control Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute quality control tests for raw materials, in-process products, bulk drug substance, final products, and stability products according to established procedures and protocols.
- Perform batch disposition and stability activities in a timely and proactive manner, including quality control testing and reporting.
- Document and maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including deviations, investigations, and laboratory investigations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, instructions, and protocols related to quality control activities.
- Conduct regular equipment calibration and maintenance to ensure accuracy and reliability of quality control testing.
- Participate in department and site audits, as well as continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience working in a quality control laboratory within a recognized quality system.
- Ability to organize work in a fast-paced laboratory environment and write and work to SOP documentation.
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and regulatory bodies.
