Respiratory Care Specialist

**Opportunity Overview**
We are seeking an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Nurse with a passion for respiratory care to join our award-winning and friendly multi-disciplinary team. This 12-month fixed term post offers a unique opportunity to develop your chronic respiratory disease management skills through supporting patients on a mixture of patient pathways.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement chronic respiratory disease management plans for patients
- Support patients on Pulmonary Rehabilitation, oxygen therapy, and acute COPD exacerbations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve integrated care
- Assess and review home oxygen therapy
- Supervise staff and provide guidance on respiratory care
**Requirements**
- Accredited post-graduate qualification in respiratory care
- Experience in chronic respiratory condition management
- Experience in the management and treatment of patients with COPD, Bronchiectasis, and Pulmonary Fibrosis
- Ability to forge relationships and open communication with professionals from other care providers
- Excel spreadsheets experience
