Workshop Manager - A competitive salary of up to £48k is available for this role at a market leader in commercial vehicle bodybuilding. The company is seeking a skilled Workshop Manager to support its needs. If you have knowledge of commercial vehicles and are looking for a management position, this could be the opportunity for you.

As the Workshop Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of work and ensuring the smooth operation of the depot while delivering excellent customer service. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring and controlling daily activities within the department
  • Managing departmental workloads and addressing any staff issues that may arise
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and other safety requirements
  • Ordering parts and other consumables/equipment
  • Recording and reporting operational and financial performance within the department

To succeed in this role, you will be an experienced leader who motivates others to achieve their best. You will have a positive attitude and be willing to go the extra mile to drive growth within the company. Experience in MIG/TIG and fabrication is desirable.
