About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team at Long-term Teachers Ltd. As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with their individual progress and delivering lessons to whole classrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver lessons and work alongside teaching staff to support student progress
  • Provide 1:1 support for students and work with small groups
  • Manage student behavior and contribute to a positive learning environment
  • Mark student work and provide constructive feedback

Requirements:

  • Experience working with SEN or SEMH students is beneficial
  • Ability to adapt to different age groups and classes
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
