Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Meteorology Instructor - Royal Navy to join our team at H.M. Naval Base Devonport in Plymouth, United Kingdom.

  • You will be responsible for delivering professional training in oceanography and meteorology to the Royal Navy, instructing mathematics and science related to these subjects, and planning and delivering engaging lessons.
  • The ideal candidate should have practical forecasting experience and hold or have held WMO258 Accreditation / AMF or equivalent aviation forecasting qualification.

We offer a range of benefits, including a negotiable salary between £34,000 & £37,500 based on your skills, 23 days' holiday (rising to 27), paid day out for charity work or personal cause, company-matched pension, life assurance, cycle-to-work scheme, and generous parental leave policies.
