Job Description

Your key responsibilities as a Service Delivery Coordinator will include:

  • Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of project admin, office processes, and systems
  • Providing excellent administrative support to the project team
  • Supporting the coordination of personnel for each project, including travel clearance and requirements
  • Being an effective interface with internal and external personnel and suppliers
  • Coordinating all shipping of equipment or resources to/from sites
  • Maintaining and distributing offshore operations weekly movements log
  • Collating work packs and all relevant documentation for each project
