We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our Secondary catering team at Kettering Science Academy. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the culinary operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality food to our students and staff.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Catering Manager in all aspects of food preparation, food service, kitchen and canteen hygiene
  • Develop and implement menus that meet the dietary needs of our students and staff
  • Manage the kitchen team and ensure that all staff are trained and equipped to deliver excellent service
  • Collaborate with the Catering Manager to achieve budgetary targets and ensure efficient use of resources
