Scheduling Coordinator

Forrest Recruitment is seeking a skilled Scheduling Coordinator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong administration background and be able to prioritize their workload.

Key Responsibilities:
• Developing, maintaining and adjusting scheduled projects across multiple teams, adhering to project timelines
• Working closely with teams to align resources, equipment and personnel for upcoming projects
• Identifying and resolving issues and delays
• Ensuring scheduled projects comply with local regulations, permits and utility requirements
• Coordinating inspections and approvals if necessary
• Reviewing and analyzing the scheduling process to improve efficiency
• Generating and presenting regular reports on efficiency and project timelines

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday
8:00am-4:00pm
