Senior Lettings Negotiator Role

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Rayner Personnel. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will be responsible for undertaking rental valuations, negotiating with landlords, and coordinating property viewings. You will also be responsible for liaising with potential new tenants, negotiating terms between landlords and tenants, and providing excellent customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

* Undertake rental valuations and negotiate with landlords to secure instructions to market
* Coordinate and conduct property viewings with prospective tenants
* Liaise with potential new tenants to understand their individual requirements and recommend suitable properties to rent
* Negotiate terms between the landlord and tenants

**Requirements:**

* Previous industry experience is essential with a minimum of 2 years
* Confident, outgoing, enthusiastic, and competitive
* Excellent communication skills, with a positive and professional approach
* IT proficient, with a familiarity with MS Office packages and the ability to learn bespoke 'in-house' software packages without issue
* Full UK driving license
* A strong desire to deliver outstanding customer service

**Benefits:**

* Basic pay is between £19,000 - £20,000 per annum, depending on relevant experience
* Plus, company car or car allowance, commission, bonuses, and other financial incentives, collectively offering a realistic OTE up to £30,000 per annum
