About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Avicenna Supported Living Limited. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and Autism to live independent lives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and Autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Assist with daily living skills, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores.
  • Plan and implement daily activities, including leisure and community-based activities.
  • Support individuals to access education, employment, and social opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and Autism.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
