Exterior Horticultural Technician

Are you a skilled horticultural technician looking for a stable job in a growing company? We are seeking an experienced Exterior Horticultural Technician to join our team in the Chelmsford area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain our customers' floral displays and hanging baskets.
  • Work on the road and enjoy the outdoors, following planned routes and using PDA devices to confirm job requirements and manage site access issues.
  • Provide the best quality service to our customers, supplied with the tools and equipment needed.
Requirements:
  • Safety and legal compliance are essential. We welcome applications from individuals with a good safety record.
  • Preferred qualifications include PA1, PA6, Lantra, and NPTC.
  • A full UK driving license held for at least 12 months, with less than 6 penalty points and no IN or DD endorsements of less than five years. A trailer license can be beneficial.
What We Offer:
  • Salary of £25,000 to £26,500 + £500 bonus (based on a 40-hour working week, Monday to Friday).
