Job Title: Mobile Gas Engineer

Resourcing Group is working with FM Companies responsible for managing maintenance contracts across the UK.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Mobile Gas Engineer to join our team. As a Mobile Gas Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out maintenance and repair tasks, including fabric and basic electrical work, on buildings as required under contract.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out maintenance and repair tasks, including fabric and basic electrical work, on buildings as required under contract.
  2. Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance and complete appropriate paperwork and reports.
  3. Be available for call-out rota to provide clients with full out-of-hours cover.
  4. Assist other team members as required or directed by a Supervisor or Contract Manager.
  5. Source additional opportunities or works on sites and provide required information for quotes.
  6. Monitor visiting sub-contractors regarding standard of work and Health and Safety.
  7. Experience of maintenance, testing, and fault-finding on various equipment, including boiler plant, ventilation, pumps, generators, switchgear, cables, batteries, small power, and lighting (where applicable).
  8. A valid driving licence.
