Join Our Team as a Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at RAS (Retail Asset Solutions). As a Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of merchandisers and stock replenishment specialists to ensure that our retail clients' stores are fully stocked and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of merchandisers and stock replenishment specialists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising and stock replenishment strategies to maximize sales and minimize stock levels
  • Collaborate with retail clients to understand their business needs and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales, and customer interactions
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as retail clients' requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail management or merchandising
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management systems
  • Manual handling and heavy lifting
