Visa is a world leader in payments and technology, with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year.

We're looking for a Senior Director, Head of Consumer Solutions, UK to lead our Consumer Solutions team in the UK and Ireland markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the GTM strategy, solution management, and commercialization of our Consumer Solutions portfolio in the UK and Ireland.

This includes overall responsibility for the mid and long-term commercialization of Consumer solutions to ensure that Visa achieves its business and growth objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of product management experience in technology or financial services roles, with a deep background in an issuing institution managing and growing credit portfolios.

They will also have industry knowledge of BNPL and solution vendors, as well as a curious and inquisitive problem-solving approach.

The role requires a rigorous thinker who can transpose business, financial, and technical understanding to relevant market inputs with sales and product teams as well as with external client discussions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing active feedback and requirements into the Regional/Global product roadmaps to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and market ready.

They will also be responsible for driving solutions adoption in European markets and looking at commercial opportunities to scale/distribute that allows for broadening credit and instalments products across new markets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to progress solutions and enhancements with urgency and prioritized focus for commercial and strategic benefits for our customers and Visa.

They will also be comfortable in iterative and continuous change to maximize opportunities and drive efficiencies.
