We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cost Consultant to join our team at Arcadis. As a key member of our Cost Management team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and review project costs and variances to control cost variables
  • Deliver cost management services for medium to large-scale projects, ensuring the delivery of required scope within set deadlines
  • Provide advice on risk management principles and ensure adherence to our risk and compliance processes
  • Analyze and review data to collate trends and prepare documentation to support cost and commercial management decision-making
  • Review and analyze existing cost and commercial management processes and policies, sharing knowledge and taking an active involvement in service improvement and innovation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Relevant professional qualification or chartered status with a relevant professional institution
  • Demonstrable experience with the NEC suite of contracts
  • Experience in delivering analysis and insights
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to influence stakeholders and third parties
