Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a high-profile new build project in Brighton and contribute to the company's continued success.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for leading the commercial aspects of a £20m new build project in Brighton. This includes developing and implementing commercial strategies, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring accurate financial management and accounting.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve project goals
  • Manage and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including clients and suppliers
  • Prepare and submit regular progress reports, including CVRs and cash flow valuations
  • Ensure accurate financial management and accounting for all project costs and revenues

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience as a quantity surveyor in a main contractor environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to analyze complex data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
