About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Referral to Treatment (RTT) Team as a Pathway Coordinator. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of patient data, working closely with the Information Department to identify and address data quality issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate RTT pathways, ensuring errors are identified and rectified using appropriate Trust systems.
- Provide general administrative support to the RTT team, including data analysis and reporting.
- Liaise with relevant clinical teams to ensure quality of validation is consistent with clinical practice.
- Work closely with the Information Department to understand data quality issues and the impact on RTT reporting.
- Use PAS, Evolve, and ICE to formulate pathway data on individual patients.

Person Specification
- Educated to A Level or equivalent.
- Knowledge and experience of administrative procedures.
- Ability to analyse data and utilise analysis to decide which of a range of options to choose.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel.
