About the Job

AJ Bell Management Limited is seeking a Brand Experience Specialist - Recruitment to promote and develop our employer brand presence. This role will be responsible for managing and overseeing events on the day, including directing event set-up, ensuring all facilities/equipment are in place and effective, welcoming guests, organising vendors, ensuring events run to schedule, and any troubleshooting if required.

Job Description:

  • Employer Brand Performance: Monitor and analyse employer brand performance across various channels and make recommendations accordingly.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide reporting to track KPIs and relevant MI for employer brand performance.
  • Industry Trends and Competitor Activity: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our brand efforts.
  • Collaboration with HR and Recruitment Teams: Work in collaboration with the wider HR and Recruitment team to ensure our employer brand supports their activities, such as recruitment events, promotion of new employee benefits, etc.

About You

We are looking for someone with strategic marketing experience, reporting and data analysis skills, excellent organisational skills, effective time management, communication and media planning skills, calm under pressure, shows initiative, highly flexible, relationship management skills, negotiation and influencing skills, project management skills, budget and cost tracking skills.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is up to £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. The starting holiday entitlement is 27 days, increasing up to 31 days with length of service.
