Salary

We offer a competitive salary package with opportunities for growth and development. Our salary ranges from £70,000 to £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Advanced Technology business as an Electrical Systems Integration Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering integrated electrical systems across a range of engineering projects. Your expertise will help us accelerate the net zero journey for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive or motorsport engineering, with at least 10 years of relevant experience. A degree in a relevant engineering subject is essential, and experience in a variety of vehicle architectures and networks is highly desirable.

You will be working closely with our clients' engineering teams, leading system and component-level safety case development, and interfacing directly with internal multifunctional teams and manufacturing partners.

In addition to your technical expertise, excellent planning and communication skills are required to coordinate and support junior team members.
