CSC is seeking a seasoned Transaction Manager to join our team in London.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced professional to manage a portfolio of transactions, providing expert guidance and support to clients. As a Transaction Manager, you will be responsible for managing all company secretarial obligations, ensuring good legal standing of special purpose vehicles under management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Manage a diverse portfolio of securitization and structured finance transactions, covering a wide asset base including CMBS, RMBS, consumer credit, CLOs, and auto receivables transactions.
  • Clients and Stakeholders: Communicate and coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external parties on transactions within your allocated portfolio.
  • Client Service: Promote a client-centric culture by providing timely responses, personal attention, complaint follow-up, and monitoring professionalism in communication with clients, colleagues, and intermediaries.

Corporate Secretarial Services:

  • Manage all company secretarial obligations for allocated special purpose vehicles (SPVs).
  • Organize and prepare board meetings in a timely manner.

Business Development:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries.
  • Attend meetings with clients and intermediaries, participating in business trips when necessary.
  • Coordinate timely reporting of legal issues with clients.

Compliance:

  • Adhere to CSC's client acceptance process and procedures, executing periodic reviews of client files to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Monitor transactions under management actively.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000, depending on experience. CSC offers a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive pension scheme, flexible working hours, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years' experience working in legal or structured finance.
  • Legal degree or similar qualification.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to cope with a busy workload and meet deadlines.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Planning and organizational skills.
