Service and Repair Requirements
As a Workshop Engineer for Terberg DTS UK, you will be responsible for performing routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on Distribution Tractors and other vehicles/equipment. This will involve using test equipment to diagnose and repair defective machine parts, components, or systems. Additionally, you will be required to carry out planned mobile repair work and attend breakdowns as part of the Field Service Team as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Undertake routine servicing, inspections, and repairs on Distribution Tractors and other vehicles/equipment.
- Diagnose and repair defective machine parts, components, or systems using test equipment.
- Perform planned mobile repair work and attend breakdowns as part of the Field Service Team.
- Liaise with the Workshop Co-ordinator to receive guidance/instructions on vehicle defects and related repair priorities.
- Work with all departments, particularly with projects that are being explored or implemented.
- Develop a flexible approach to working in a workshop team environment.
- Communicate effectively with all departments and levels of the company.
