Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Ernest And Florent LTD. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects at once, prioritizing tasks and resources effectively
  • Communicate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Ensure site managers are supported and delivering high standards of health and safety
  • Monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks
  • Collaborate with the construction director to drive project success
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in retail fit-out project management, with a strong understanding of construction principles
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Contract handling experience of £500k - £5M
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
