Competitive rates of pay with an estimated salary of £25.69.50 per hour, including a £1.00 hourly rate enhancement for working contracted hours and potential overtime opportunities.



About the Job:


We are seeking an exceptional Community Development Specialist to join our team at Chesham Bois Manor Care Home. As an integral member of our community, you will play a vital role in planning and coordinating activities that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.



Your Key Responsibilities:


- Develop resident profiles and life histories through person-centered conversations, observations, and reviews of Care Plans.
- Collaborate with care and other staff to plan and coordinate engaging weekly programs, incorporating all aspects of the B&M Care Engagement and Activities Framework.
- Display and distribute weekly programs and notices effectively using information technology equipment.



Essential Skills, Characteristics, and Experience:


- Must hold a full driver's license for occasional transportation duties.
