About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced recruiter to join our team. As a quantitative research recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the quantitative research and trading industry. Your primary focus will be on delivering high-quality candidates to our clients, while also building strong relationships with our existing client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and attract top talent in the quantitative research and trading industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Deliver high-quality candidates to clients, meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring you have a deep understanding of the quantitative research and trading market

Requirements

  • 1+ years of recruitment experience in technology or quantitative research
  • Strong delivery skillset, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in business development is preferred, but not required
