As an Inclusion Support Specialist at Grŵp Llandrillo Menai, you will play a vital role in removing barriers to learning and promoting effective participation among learners. Your guidance and support will help individuals enhance their learning, raise their aspirations, and reach their full potential.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide individualized support to learners to overcome learning challenges
- Collaborate with staff to develop and implement inclusive learning strategies
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Monitor and report on learner progress and outcomes
**Requirements:**
- Qualifications and experience in a relevant field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to promoting equality and diversity
**Working Arrangements:**
- 21 hours per week, 3 days per week (09:00 - 16:30)
- 38 weeks per year (College terms)
**Pension and Benefits:**
- Local Government Pension Scheme
- Part-time fixed-term contract
