We are seeking a skilled Desktop Lead Support Engineer to join our onsite IT operations team.

This exciting role offers the opportunity to take on new challenges, develop existing skills, and work collaboratively as part of a global team.

Job Description
  • As a key member of our onsite IT operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and managing onsite/remote support team activities.
  • You will prepare weekly SLA/KPI reports/presentations for management calls and lead service request management, preparing, building, provisioning, and decommissioning end-user computing devices and accessories.
  • Additionally, you will provide incident management through IT helpdesk consulting and break-fix support, and participate in asset audits, conducting meeting room inspections, stock room management, printer inspections, and IDF/MDF inspections, among other tasks.
  • Your expertise will also be required for planned software and hardware upgrades.
Key Requirements
  • At least four years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent or advanced written and spoken English language competency skills.
  • Cultural adaptability with the ability to thrive in diverse environments.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proven responsibility and a hardworking attitude.
  • A college degree or higher.
  • Certifications equivalent to CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, and/or ITIL V4.
  • This role is exclusively onsite, with no remote work provision.
