About the Role

QS Recruitment is seeking a Materials Handler to join an industry leader in the recycling sector, based in Forest Town, Mansfield. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for processing recycled goods, picking items from moving conveyor belts, and maintaining material streams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process recycled goods efficiently and effectively
  • Pick items from moving conveyor belts with precision
  • Maintain clean and organized material streams
Working Conditions:

The role involves a rotating shift pattern, with two main shifts: 06:00-15:00 and 15:00-00:00. This pattern repeats every week, ensuring a varied and dynamic work environment. You can expect to work Monday to Friday, with no weekends required.

Requirements:
  • A willingness to work in a fast-paced environment
  • An open attitude towards shift patterns
  • Past experience in a warehouse environment is preferred but not essential
Benefits:

This is an ongoing contract opportunity with the possibility of becoming permanent. The hourly rate for this position is £11.44 per hour for all hours worked. You will also receive full personal protection equipment and comprehensive training.
