Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating and preparing planning applications and environmental impact assessments
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
  • Being involved in land promotion, detailed development management, and project delivery
  • Providing strategic and tactical planning advice to clients, undertaking site appraisals, and managing sub-consultants

You'll be working closely with Chartered Planners, Landscape Architects, and clients to deliver exciting, high-impact projects. As an employee-owned business, you'll have a stake in the company's success, contributing to your own growth and prosperity.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • RTPI qualification with a Degree/Masters in Planning (or equivalent)
  • Experience in the energy, waste, minerals, or commercial sectors
  • Knowledge of the planning system and environmental impact assessments
  • Strong communication and client relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work collaboratively within a team or independently
