Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Plasterer to join our Voids Repairs Team, responsible for delivering high-quality repairs across various properties. As a key member of the team, you will be expected to maintain a high level of professionalism, adhering to our company's values and standards.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in general building maintenance, with a particular emphasis on plastering. You will be required to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

A valid driving license, NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in plastering, and a working knowledge of other maintenance trade skills are essential qualifications for this role. Additionally, you will need to undergo a Basic DBS check and adhere to Health and Safety legislation.

The estimated salary for this position is £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. The working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with occasional emergency call-outs. A competitive benefits package, including a company van, equipment, and pension scheme, is also offered.
