  2. Develop and maintain relationships with families, promoting effective communication and partnership working.
  3. Conduct evaluations of the setting, staff, and activities.
  4. Lead by example, demonstrating a commitment to providing high-quality care and education.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Proven experience in a senior nursery practitioner or deputy manager role.
  • Excellent understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
