Strategic Private Client Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client Team Manager to lead our team in Hampshire. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to take charge of a private client team, ensuring full support to our extensive client bank.
As a key member of our Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd team, you will be responsible for the overall success of your team by monitoring and implementing team objectives and targets while maintaining compliance with our policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, motivate, and manage the Private Client Consultant Team to deliver exceptional client service and meet business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to drive team performance, monitor progress, and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate and individual clients, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Collaborate with various teams within the business to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow.
- Recruit, train, and develop team members, conducting regular one-to-one meetings and annual appraisals to ensure staff competence.
This role offers a competitive salary package, including a generous base salary of £65,000 - £80,000, plus additional benefits. As a remote working option is available, you can maintain a healthy work-life balance while still delivering high-quality results.
