We are seeking an experienced Fire Risk Assessor to join our client's team in North London and the Home Counties. As a Fire Risk Assessor, you will be responsible for conducting fire safety risk assessments and providing recommendations for remedial actions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct fire safety risk assessments in accordance with current fire safety regulations.
  • Produce clear and concise fire safety reports.
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders to schedule appointments and discuss assessment findings.
  • Provide fire safety advice and guidance to clients to help them meet their legal requirements.
  • Conduct fire safety training sessions for clients and their employees.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in fire safety legislation and industry best practices.
  • Attend client meetings as required.
Requirements
  • NEBOSH Fire or similar qualification.
  • Membership to IFE or IFSM (desirable).
  • Proven experience in conducting fire risk assessments.
  • Familiar with assessment applications such as Riskbase.
  • Knowledge of current fire safety regulations and legislation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate potential fire hazards.
  • A full driving license is required as this role may involve travel to different locations.
