Gas Engineer Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our team at the Sureserve Group. As a key member of our K&T Heating Services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gas services to our clients in the social housing sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out day-to-day repairs and maintenance of gas systems
  • Fault find and diagnose issues with gas equipment
  • Complete annual servicing visits to ensure gas systems are safe and efficient
  • Meet first-time fix targets and maintain high-quality standards
  • Focus on customer satisfaction and provide excellent service
  • Attend jobs on time and notify the contact centre/customer of any delays
Requirements:
  • Valid ACS and other relevant gas qualifications
  • Full UK driving licence (less than 6 points)
  • Experience within social housing desirable, but not essential
  • Experience delivering high levels of customer service
  • The ability to work with a diverse customer base
