Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Land Buyer/Land Graduate to join our team at TDM Recruitment. The ideal candidate will have a background in sourcing and buying land in the south, with a strong network of contacts in the land agency world.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and buy land in the south
- Develop and grow development and planning skills under the mentorship of an outstanding land director
- Work closely with the land director to identify and acquire new land opportunities
Requirements:
- Degree qualified in a property-related field
- Detailed understanding of the planning application and appeals process
- Strong network of contacts in the land agency world
