About the Role

The Windsor Forest Colleges Group is seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join their team at Langley. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with students with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN) requirements, providing individualized support to enable them to access the curriculum as fully as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the delivery of a planned programme of learning to support students with SEN

Enable students to participate in all aspects of college life, working towards their desired outcomes and achieving their learning goals and potential

Collaborate with the Foundation Department to provide support to students with SEN

Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive learning environment
