About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our Early Years team as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care and education to children.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate a warm, welcoming, and inclusive atmosphere that ensures the safety and security of all children in the nursery
Plan and deliver a diverse range of engaging and educational activities tailored to promote learning and development for children
Evaluate children's progress, maintain detailed records, and provide regular feedback to parents on their child's development and achievements
Foster effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, parents, and carers to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
Uphold a clean, tidy, and safe environment while implementing health and safety guidelines to safeguard the well-being of the children
Establish strong, trusting relationships with children, parents, and carers, actively involving them in their child's learning journey
Adhere meticulously to safeguarding procedures, prioritizing the welfare of children and identifying any child protection concerns

Qualifications and Experience:
Level 3 in Early Years or above, showcasing a solid understanding of early years education and development
Demonstrate proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner
Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of child development and early years education
Showcase outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, fostering effective interaction with children, parents, colleagues, and professionals
Show genuine passion for creating an inclusive and diverse learning environment, actively championing equality and diversity
Display the ability to work collaboratively within a dedicated team, contributing to a positive work culture and the achievement of shared goals
