Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of support workers to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care and support services, making recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legislation.
- Participate in on-call duties to provide 24/7 support to clients and staff.
- Minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality care and support services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Full UK driving licence.
