Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain internal control frameworks to ensure effective risk management and compliance.
- Oversee internal governance mechanisms and frameworks to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
- Conduct risk assessments to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Conduct audits and reviews of internal control processes to evaluate control effectiveness and ensure compliance with policies.
- Prepare reports on control effectiveness for senior management.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on internal controls design and testing.
- Provide cover for month-end consolidation and financial reporting of the Group.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree and professional qualification (ACA or ACCA preferred).
- Proven experience in internal controls, risk management, or financial governance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
