Sales Consultant

Role Title - Retail Assistant - Magherafelt

DCK is a global fashion jewellery company partnering with renowned retailers and high street fashion brands, including River Island, M&S, Matalan, Tesco, and Boots.

Our Sales Consultants provide face-to-face customer service and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. As a Sales Consultant, you will receive:

* £11.44 per hour

* Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month

* Flexible working hours – you work the hours that suit you best

* No weekend working

You will be based in Magherafelt but may be required to travel to different stores within your zone. You must have a full valid UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.

You will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech-savvy is desirable as we use various apps to streamline our operations.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional, and positive attitude.

You will complete various in-store activities, including:

• Merchandising our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
• Receiving and putting out deliveries of new stock
• Maintaining housekeeping standards
• Setting up promotional activities
• You will work with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.

Please note - The Christmas period is our busiest time, and therefore, we cannot authorise any leave in December.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, with fashion brands being a plus
• Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later
