About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Dentist to join our Fore Street, Seaton practice. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and career with a well-established dental network.

Salary and Benefits

• We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.
• A 50% revenue split on all private work, providing excellent earnings potential.
• An NHS pension, as well as access to NHS long term sick pay and maternity/paternity/adoption pay.

Job Description

• You will be working Monday to Friday, with a variety of surgeries available.
• Digital x-rays and rotary endo in each surgery, ensuring a high level of efficiency and patient care.
• Support from an experienced team of local clinicians, including fully-qualified and experienced dental nurses.
• Lots of private potential with common dentures, crowns, and bridges for the high opportunity for private earnings.
• High demand for private treatments including facial aesthetics and private orthodontics.
• Situated on the main high street with a high footfall, making it easy to attract new patients.
• Closed to local transport links, making it convenient for you to get to and from work.
• Opportunities to progress and become a mentor, helping you to grow your career.
• A good mix of patient culture with lots available and a 99% diary utilisation in practice.
