Job Description

Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Linde. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products and services, and contributing to the company's commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
  • Lead and influence quality improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and assist production in resolving non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with site management teams to continually improve projects, processes, and daily activities.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and data analysis to support investigations and monthly analysis.
  • Conduct internal audits to customer and internal documentation, verify and file evidence of reviews, and develop quality standards and control systems.
  • Review customer quality specifications and implement them within internal systems, manage records, and represent the company during customer visits.
  • Liaise with suppliers and external service providers, and provide training and support to shop floor personnel, coach, and mentor on quality subjects.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable experience working in Quality, with a strong understanding of quality management systems and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience working in ISO9001 or AS9100 environments, with training in internal audit.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Human Factors and Nadcap experience, project management skills, and lead auditor certification.
  • Experience in the Aerospace industry and lean activities, FMEA experience, and statistical knowledge (working knowledge of Minitab).
