Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to join our team at Humand Talent. As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for industrial automation and vision technology applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electrical systems for industrial automation and vision technology applications
  • Collaborate with the Applications Engineering team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required quality standards
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications for electrical systems
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in electrical design and automation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of industry experience in electrical design and automation
  • 3+ years of experience using AutoCAD Electrical or similar software
  • Solid understanding of electrical control gear and industrial automation
  • Experience in designing and creating electrical panel layouts
  • Logical approach to problem-solving and keen eye for detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a team

Desirable Skills

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields (2.1 or above)
  • Knowledge of robotics and PLC controls
  • Clean and full UK driving licence
